    Apple TV is a physical device, not a service, so I am uncertain of what it is that you wish to cancel. If you ordered an Apple TV via Apple's online store, you may visit http://www.apple.com/shop/help/viewing_changing_orders and manage your order, including options to schedule a return if you are unsatisfied with the product.

     

    If you subscribe to a service such as Netflix, Hulu or HBO GO, then you must address your cancellation requests to those specific service providers. Hopefully, I have addressed your issue. If not, please clarify your issue and I will do what I can to assist you.
