Q: Apps downloaded dont open

I downloaded an app on my iPad, although the name of the appears under the icon, the icon is dark and doesnt let me open the app. Ive tried touching the delete icon but it doesnt work! Ive tried restarting the ipad and logging out but i still cant download or erase the app!! Its so annoying!! Please help!

Hi. Try this to erase the app. Go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > STORAGE Manage Storage (note that's the first Manage Storage). Wait for the list to populate. Scroll down to the entry for the app and tap it. This should offer a delete button that may work. If it does, then you can try to install again.
