Q: iMessage effects not working.

HI! my iMessage effects aren't working when I push the blue arrow to send. I already have the reduce motion button off but I don't know why they aren't working. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Do you hold down on the blue arrow to get to the special effects? This is on an iPad, but it works the same way on an iPhone.

If you have 3D Touch enabled on your iPhone 7, you need to press on the arrow to get the effects. Note that there is a difference between 'press' (putting extra pressure on the screen) and 'tap' (touching the screen normally so that it registers that you have touched it). If you're new to 3D Touch, it may take some getting used to.
