Sep 24, 2016 6:25 AM in response to Dmeetby Loner T,I have Winclone 4.4, and have not seen any issues on El Capitan with SIP and restores. Can you check Applications -> Utilities -> Console and type 'winclone' in the top right search box and look at the messages?

Sep 24, 2016 7:28 AM in response to Loner Tby Dmeet,El Capitan worked fine for me (used it on my iMac), but Sierra updated Air returned an error even with SIP disabled. So I rolled back to ElCap, created bootcamp, and updated to Sierra once again. Sorry, can't check it now, I wiped the drive clean before re-installing and don't have winclone on hand anymore.
