Thanks for coming to the Apple Support Communities. I see that you are experiencing an issue with your iPhone 5s in iOS 10, and are having some issues with the shuffle playback function of the Music app. Here is a link for you that will tell you how to use shuffle in iOS 10:

If that doesn't help you address this issue properly, let us know some more information about the issue, like what happens when you try to activate shuffle? Thanks.
