I understand that you are experiencing an issue with your iCloud account and one or more of your devices. Keep in mind that you can always log in to iCloud from a computer that is not your own by visiting iCloud. From there you should be able to see if your emails were actually deleted from the iCloud server or not.
Tell us a little more about your issue. What happened? Did you change your Apple ID email address? Did you remove your iCloud account from your device?
