Q: Apple ID Issues
Hi so I wanted to talk to Apple support about this but I can't find their email anywhere and it's almost 2 am so I can't call anyone, so I'll just post it on here until I can call. So I just got a popup on my iPod saying that my Apple ID is being used for iMessage on a new iPhone, but no one knows my password and I don't even own an iPhone rn??? Also right when I got that popup I received an iMessage from a number that I've never seen before in my life and the message is in an Asian language, but I'm scared to open it bc I've heard of people receiving texts and then once they open them their device gets hacked. I already changed my Apple ID password and updated the security questions but idk if that's enough? Also when I go on to where you can see what devices are using your ID it only says my iPod and the laptop I'm on rn so I have no idea what's going on. Should I open the message or just delete? Any help would be very appreciated.

Go to http://supportprofile.apple.com to see what devices are associated with your account.
You could also check at http://www.icloud.com, sign in, then click "Settings" and you should see your devices at the bottom.
Do not open those messages.
