Q: MBA SWOD

I see great support for identifying solutions to the SWOD (for instance I got a beach ball typing this sentence).

Here is etrecheck and any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I've now studied the process name, looked up what some did and decided I'm going about this all wrong.  I have neither the time or expertise to understand all the issues with the dozens of mysterious processes eating away at my RAM.  Apple, if you're listening, don't you have a master list of what each of these do, and what is and is not important?

In my research RAM troubles abound.  Many many people are asking the same thing.  Where is a central, authoritative source for these answers?  Thank you.
