Q: Sharing question

Hello there,

 

just for curiosity, when you sharing generators to FCP X the banner writes "sharing untitled was successful" or it is me only ?

I'm sharing projects with names such as "Annotations" and I get the above message.

Why untitled instead of the name of the project ?

( *I worry because yesterday I download FxFactory and uninstall it manually (it gave me an error when I went to uninstall with the official way )). So, I'm writing if there is something with my copy of Motion or it's the same everywhere.

    You say "Sharing" - for a generator you would be "Saving"...

    Do you see the generator in FCP X with the right name, and is it working correctly? Then I'd write it off as an innocuous glitch and move on.

    When I save my generator I see the msg from Notification Centre. "Sharing Untitled was successfully"

    In FCP X it is with the correct name and works perfect.

    Just to make sure there isn't an issue with the app(s) generally, specifically this one issue is not a big deal of course.

    Such a notification is usual when sharing (in FCP X as well as in Motion)

    I never got a notification when saving.

    No idea why you are getting that, but it does seem harmless, if a bit weird.
