Q: Apple ID

I have been using a US Apple ID since 2005. Since then I have had multiple devices & am currently in SA. As you have to answer the security questions when a new device is used, and I haven't needed to do that in many years, I can't remember my answers. As I am in SA & it will be costly phoning the US (and even the closest being the UAE), is there anything else I can do? If I create a new account I will lose all my purchases

Note that if you cannot use the reset method then you will need to contact Apple Support but you may be able to do that in Saudi Arabia -- see the following for locations: Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support
