Q: My mac won't sync any photos or videos to my iPhone 6

I have the newest update for my iPhone 6 and my Mac. Every time i try to sync photos and videos from my mac onto my iPhone it says it is done, however my iPhone do not have the photos or video on it.

iMac (27-inch Mid 2011), Mac OS X (10.7.5)

    Greetings ronzo5859,

    Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It seems like you want to sync photos and videos from the Mac to the iPhone but they are not being synced across the devices. If you are trying to sync the photos through iTunes manually you can choose where the photos are synced from. I would recommend you read this article, it shows where you can change the folder selected you are syncing from. 

     

    1. Click Photos in the sidebar.
    2. In the drop-down menu, choose the app or folder that you want to sync from.
    3. Choose to sync all photos or selected albums. 
    4. Select "Include videos" to sync the videos from your app or folder too.
    5. Click Apply.

    Another option is to use iCloud Photo Library, this will automatically push all your photos to iCloud and make them available to your devices. This may be an option you may want to consider.
