Q: MacBook Pro crashed after macOS Sierra update
After I tried updating my MacBook Pro to macOS Sierra, this screen came up:
In case you can't read it, it says 'apple.com/support -1007F'
After restarting my MacBook Pro, it asked for my Wi-Fi information, so I typed it in and it showed a loading bar. Then this screen came up:
I wasn't sure which option to pick, so called Apple Care to help make a selection. They said to select 'Reinstall OS X' so I did. Then my screen said something like 'Click and drag to the browser you want to download to' but nothing popped up.
I'm not sure what's going on with my computer. Hard drive failure? This update wasn't the largest update so I'm not sure why all this is happening.
If you have any ideas or solutions, please respond! That would be amazing!
Thank you guys!
