First, make sure you've cancelled the subscription using the steps in View, change, or cancel your subscriptions. If you need to contact an app developer about a subscription, you can use this method:

If you see this issue again, contact the app developer for help:
- Find the app in the App Store.
- Tap the app, then tap Reviews.
- Underneath App Store Customer Reviews, tap App Support.
