I want to stop family sharing, but it won't let me because I have a daughter under 13. Why is that?  I just want to stop the whole thing and delete all credit card info, but Apple is making that very difficult

    Child accounts can only exist as part of family sharing. From the page that you posted from :

    Children under 13 can't be removed from a family. If you need to, you can transfer the child to another family or delete their Apple ID.

    On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

    1. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.

    2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.

    3. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in our use Touch ID.

    4. Under Subscription, Tap Manage...

    5. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.

    6. Use the options to manage your subscription.
