Q: iTunes + Music problems - ALL GREY SONGS

Today I've connected my new iPhone 7 for the first time with my computer.

My PC (windows) is running on the latest iTunes software and so does my iPhone.

I wanted to add a playlist to my iPhone but by mistake I've clicked on the option "fill iPhone with music library".
So I tried to stop the action by deleting all the music on my iPhone with iTunes, so I could finaly add the playlist i wanted.
But whey I tried he was still synchronising all my music.

I finaly managed to restart the process but when I went to the Music app on my phone, all my music was still listed in grey, so I couldn't play it but it was virtually there.

When I wanted to add new music to my phone it took ages to put 1 song on my phone.

Anyone with the same problem?

iPhone 7, iOS 10.0.2

The following steps should help with erratic syncing behaviour, including the dreaded grey tracks with dotted circles. They assume that all of the content you want on the device is in your library ready for restoring. If it isn't see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device first. I would also recommend you copy everything out of the camera roll if you haven't already.

    1. Backup device.
    2. Restore as a new device.
    3. Restore the backup you made earlier.

Use an encrypted backup if you want to preserve passwords, wi-fi settings, web history and health data where appropriate.
