Q: iPhone 6s battery dies at random % left

Example, my phone just shut down with 32% battery left.  Sometimes it goes all the way down to 1%, no problem, but most of the time it'll die at random times (32%, 60%, 24%).

I'm also seeing signs of the IC chip failure on occasion (flickering gray bars at top of screen), but it's impossible to force this to occur...it just happens randomly.  What's going on here?

iPhone, iOS 10.0.2

    Affected with the same issue.

Most  the time it occurs around 30% or 20%.

Also affected shortly after using FaceTime...

when i could reboot the phone (which then crash/turn off 3-4S after) i've notice that the status bar/lockscreen looks like scale up like if the zoom mode was activated...

only way to fix: plug the phone and restart
