From your post, I can tell you are having issues with the iPhone showing the wrong battery percentage and the iPhone will reboot randomly at times. I depend on being able to use my iPhone throughout the day. I'll be happy to provide some information on this.
To start, Maximizing Battery Life and Lifespan, has some helpful information on how to adjust the settings on your iPhone for the best battery performance. Also, I'd have you go ahead and toggle the Battery Percentage switch off and back on.
Show the battery percentage on your iPhone or iPad
For the random rebooting, let's first make sure you have a current backup of the iPhone, either in iTunes or iCloud. See this article for more information: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. Once you have your iPhone backed up, let's have you restore the iPhone to factory settings and set up as new. Then test to see if you are still experiencing the random rebooting. After testing, you can restore from your backup.
Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
Have a great day!
