I understand that your Magic Mouse isn't scrolling consistently in Windows 7 on your iMac. When this occurs there may have been an issue with the installation of the Boot Camp Support Software, which handles installing the necessary drivers for your Apple hardware to work correctly with Windows. You can download a new copy of the latest version of the installer at the link below.

If you continue to experience inconsistent behavior from your Magic Mouse, the next step would be to verify that you're running the correct version of Windows 7 for your Mac (Windows 7 64-bit):Boot Camp requirements by Mac model
