Just where are you logging in on the Mac?
Sounds like you have to contact your cable provider to change it.

Sep 26, 2016 2:09 PM in response to lllaassby frmatt,Thanks. I contacted my cable provider Comcast and they said it is not on their end. They told me it is something in the setup of the Mac computer that asks for an email address to use and then it is stored in the Mac and always comes on. Indeed, when I check my network I see that there are two internet connections. I believe one is for the google email address and one for the Mac address. I'd like to cancel the google email address in the login sequence. By the way, Apple did not have an answer. I worry that I would have to erase my Mac Pro down to the factory settings and then start over.
