Q: Double-Billed for past purchases
I had just recently reset my iPhone, and then I encountered a problem in iTunes. When I went to go download my songs again, a few of them did not say purchased, so I clicked to buy them and a pop-up said " you've already purchased this item, you can download it again for free" or something like that. Anyways, after a couple of days I got an email from Apple... It was a bill for the songs that Apple said I had already purchased but ended up billing me for them again...
I feel that Apple is not following their own terms of agreement here.
This is nonsense and is basically thievery, I contacted Apple support a couple of days ago and have received no message back on the issue.
