Q: iphone turns off after iOS10 update when making a call

Hello,

I recently updated to the new iOS10 and my iPhone 6s now randomly shuts off completely if I am trying to make phone calls. Is there any workaround to this?

I see that your iPhone is powering off when trying to make calls. We want your iPhone working properly, so I'm happy to offer some help. Please make sure that you have the latest version of iOS 10 by going to Settings > General > Software Update. Please update all of your apps in the App Store as well, as outlined in this support article:

If your iOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo or a spinning gear unexpectedly
