We will contact Apple care tomorrow and see if they can sort it.
Keep getting passed from pillar to post with service provider and Apple. Husband went to Apple store and they couldn't help, husband phoned Apple and they said they couldn't do anything.
its really stressful.
Jusr wondered if anyone has gone through this?

The easiest thing for the carrier to do is suspend your texting, and the next thing is for your husband to restore the device to factory. Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
I cannot see how Apple has any liability in this, but maybe some others can add to this.

He restored it straight away.
He thinks his iCloud might of been hacked? I can't see how.
It's all a mystery.

When you receive these bills from your cellular provider, what do they claim they are for? Data usage? Phone calls? Text messages? Any other details?
