Q: iCloud billing isn't using up my existing balance

I have a iTunes balance of $30 under my account.

 

My wife signed up under her apple ID (part of family account) for iCloud storage for $.99 a month.

 

However, it's charging my credit card and not using up the $30 balance.

 

Anyway to fix it?

    Who is the one that started or created the Family Sharing, if indeed, that's what you were referring to?  If that was what you were referring to iCloud storage can't be shared on Family Share.

     

    She cannot use the $30 credit toward the iCloud storage she signed up because that credit is under your account/Apple ID.
