Hebrew on iphone after upgrading to ios 10.0.2

IT doesn't happen on the iPad, which is what I am using too.

It happens on every device since ios 10.0.2. It's 100% bug.

IF you toggle  the language button 3 times between english and hebrew' then yoy get the right to left alignment OK. But you have to repeat doing this everytime.

It also happens in ios 10.1 beta 1.

APPLE - this is real BASIC functionality going totaly wrong in ios 10.0.2. It drives us crazy.

You are not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user support forum. Feedback to Apple goes to their feedback page here, http://www.apple.com/feedback then click on the appropriate subject area.

As far as the beta is concerned, you need to report that using the feedback app for the beta program.
