Sep 27, 2016 5:22 AM in response to Ger-Diby Rysz,★HelpfulSynchronization doesn't "move" files, it syncs (copies) them. If you set your Mac and iPhone to sync via iTunes or iCloud and are using the same Apple ID, both devices should contain the same contacts data.
If that's not what you're seeing, give us more detailed information on what, exactly, you're doing and how.

What i want is to copy the contacts from my Mac to my iPhone, and the only possibilty i see on iTunes
is copiing the other way round.

Are both the Mac and iPhone signed into iCloud and is Contacts turned on in iCloud's settings/?
