Sep 16, 2016 8:02 PM in response to fred carterby Skydiver119,yeah, the arrows seem to have gone away. If you use your ipad in th landscape position - wider than it is tall - then you can still navigate the message list.
As of now there is no way to get them back

Sep 16, 2016 8:31 PM in response to Skydiver119by fred carter,Thanks. I'm hoping there's a better answer.
I think it's a layout issue -- on the iPhone, the delete/file/reply/etc buttons are at the bottom,
and the arrows are on the upper right. On the iPad, perhaps the delete/file/etc are covering
them.

Sep 28, 2016 6:43 PM in response to jtarantoby fred carter,No response whatsoever. General reading seems to indicate that Mail, especially,
on both iOS 10 & MacOS Sierra is more than a little buggy.

Sep 29, 2016 4:17 PM in response to RexElvisby Timothy Chakos,★HelpfulIM guessing this new crash-o-magic feature is part of 10 as I’ve never had it before this morning when I allowed my iPad 4 to update. Very disappointed.

Sep 29, 2016 4:50 PM in response to jtarantoby RexElvis,I contacted Apple Support (AS) yesterday and "we" embarked on a series of trouble shooting (TS) exercises.
First, I was advised to (TS 101) force closed my iPad in the hope that would solve the problem. Nope, that didn't fix it.
A second consultant suggested I (TS 102) delete the Mail App and then reinstall it. Nope, that hasn't fixed the problem.
I will be asking AS about TS 103 today and will provide an update for fellow sufferers asap.

Sep 29, 2016 11:35 PM in response to RexElvisby kimmen81,Hi
I have done:
* Deleted app / Reinstall MAIL app.
* Deleted account / set up account again.
* Factory reset Iphone....
* Total reinstall of IOS10 and set up mailaccount again...
Nothing of above helped.
I have still no folders more then Inbox (in my IMAP server I have 7-8 folders with many mail insside)
MAIL app is still crashing random when trying to check email, delete email or just Reading email.

Sep 30, 2016 2:41 AM in response to RexElvisby RexElvis,Next to no progress made with TS 103 today. I requested a call from an Apple consultant and received same virtually straight away. The plan was to reset my iPad. However, on opening iTunes on my PC an update was required. After some discussions with the consultant I was left to do the update and told by the consultant they would ring me back in 15 minutes. Five hours later ... still no call back ... (to be continued) ...
