Q: CPU usage and Mail Web Content

I have had a problem with macOS Sierra and Safari 10 where the CPU load for any tab was around 140% and the fans whizzing away, this has been resolved by disabling Trusteer Rapport. However I still have a process running "Web Mail Content" running at 199% and the fans loading up every so often. Is this normal (seems a little high) or is there something else I should disable/enable?

Thanks
