I understand that after updating to iOS 10 you've been unable to get a stable or reliable cellular data connection. I know it's important to stay connected when out and about, so I'm happy to help!
Are you having these issues in locations that normally have a decent connection? If so, check out some of the troubleshooting that we recommend here:
