Q: Update/Change Security Question

Hola everyone,

I have an iPhn 4s and iPad2 that have been in harmony until just a few days ago. I was asked to enter my pswd into my phone to update apps, but noticed that my daughters ID was displayed instead of mine. I tried to access my profile to update/change that and I cannot get past the security questions. It's not recognizing my answers at all. When I go in and select "reset security questions" it tells me that there's not enough information to allow access and I'm trapped in a loop.

 

Any suggestions how to fix this or get past it? My ID and pswd works everywhere else...just strange that my daughters info is in my phone and I can't get past the security questions all the sudden.

iPhone 4S, iOS 9.3.5, iPad2 as well...

    You need to contact Apple's Account Security team. To reach them, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.


    Resetting the security questions or changing the information in your profile won't change the Apple ID which those applications are asking for. To do that, they need to be deleted and redownloaded.
