Q: MacBook not showing as trusted device
Hello -
I have an iPhone and a MacBook, and I have two factor authentication enabled, but my MacBook is not showing up as a trusted device, i.e., I can only receive a two factor code on my iPhone, and not my Mac. I didn't even realize my MacBook could get a two factor code until my wife was logging into some Apple related site while using the MacBook and she got an auth code.
I would like to have my MacBook work as a trusted device so I have two trusted devices, instead of just one.
Any thoughts???
Thanks!
MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS Sierra (10.12)
