Q: Unauthorized access of webcam

So I installed an antivirus on my mac air which has some features to prevent an applications or websites from using my Mac's webcam when I don't know and I found out that every time I'm open an AppStore it attempts to access my webcam and this attempt  is blocked and reported by my antivirus

So I want to know why some system apps on my mac are accessing my webcam without my permission and what data about me are collected in such way?

I'm not really concerned about privacy, but I think that I must know, understand and control what my system does because it really violates my rights for privacy and security

MacBook Air, macOS Sierra (10.12)

Remove the antivirus software. It's worthless. You are not being spied on.

I'm really not convinced about the Mac anti-virus because a quick search on these forums will show your they've pretty much all been discovered to cause far more problems, report more false positives or claim to provide protection against mac attacks that either at this time don't exist or are windows threats that are innocuous on Mac OS.

Mac Anti-Virus is how to cause problems on your computer, not how to prevent them.
