I see from your post that your iPhone 6s is restarting on its own intermittently. I'd like to help you troubleshoot this issue further.
When you reset your iPhone to factory settings, did you use iTunes to restore it or did you erase all content and settings from Settings > General > Reset? I would recommend that you restore your device using iTunes if you have not already.
Before you do this, it's important to make sure that you have a backup of your iPhone's data. Take a look at this website for more information on how to back up:How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
After you create your backup, use these instructions to restore your device using iTunes:
Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
Once you are finished restoring, I'd recommend choosing the "set up as new" option. This will allow you to test for the issue to see if it still occurs. Once you are finished with your testing, you can use the instructions here to restore from your backup:

Cheers!
