1. Uninstall iTunes, Bonjour, Apple Application Support both x32 and x64 versions if applicable, and the Apple Software Update.
2. Use CCleaner to remove any existing registry entries that are no longer needed.
3. Reinstall iTunes from the Apple website.
4. Plug your device in and it should work.Hope This Helps
