It looks like your iPhone doesn't sync with your laptop. I know syncing is important, so here are some options I'd recommend.
First, we need to determine if iTunes recognizes your iPhone. You can follow the steps in If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod for both a PC and Mac.
If your iPhone is recognized, double check your sync settings with Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes on your computer using USB.
