I'm running into the same issue and the people at Pixel Film Studios don't answer my phone calls or e-mails. I have a lot of projects with the Luts loaded and, since now it "won't render", I can't work in any of those timelines. help!

Now Pixel Film Studios customer support stopped updating and responding to my emails asking for updates. It's irritating. I had just purchased Colorist as well and it doesn't work. I asked about getting a refund or at the very least, being able to re-purchase at the discounted rate (Autumn sale started the day after I purchased) and crickets.
I recommended they put a notice up on their website that plugins are not working with Sierra....more crickets and no notice on the website. I am still getting their 'new plugin' emails so good to know marketing department is up and running well.

We are currently working on a patch to fix the installers with OS Sierra, it is a known problem and we are working as quickly as we can to fix it. Apple is developing a patch on their end as well, so I will let you know more as the information becomes available. I will be in touch when the patch on our end is also available. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Sep 28, 2016 10:49 AM in response to CirrusDroneby ifokust,....so much for beta period. I don't see the value in it if developers don't take advantage of it to work out kinks. I mean, all of the plugins don't work in FCPX currently.
At the very least, there should be a prominent message on the front page of the website. If you go into the FAQ, it doesn't say anything about the issue either.

Sep 28, 2016 11:00 AM in response to ifokustby ifokust,I just got a refund from Pixel Film Studios for Colorist. I sense it will be a while before the patch is available. I'm going to check if Color Grading Central's Color Finale and Lut Utility work with Sierra and switch over to it.
