Q: Mail quits abruptly after upgrade

I just upgraded to Sierra on my Mac Mini, late 2014. Since upgrading, mail just quits unexpectedly while composing or replying to emails. Has anyone else had this issue and is there something that can be done?

With Mail quit....
Go to System Preferences > Internet Accounts
Uncheck Mail for each account.
Go to your User's Library/Mail folder (see below)
Rename the Mail folder to MailXXX
Go to System Preferences > Internet Accounts
Check Mail for one account.
Open Mail
Test compose and reply.
Does it crash now?
If no you can add back your other accounts.
If yes, then let us know.

Show User's Library
The User's Library folder is hidden by default. To unhide: Select the Finder in the Dock. Under Go in the Menu bar > hold down the Option key and you’ll see the Library.

WHen I get to internet accounts, all I see is, Internet accounts migrator and a folder called Migration. I must be doing something wrong?

I did that, but all my accounts don't show up, so nothing to uncheck. I get to the library and have no folder to rename.
