Congratulations on your new iPhone 7! I understand that you're having some troubles creating a backup of your iPhone using iTunes because of an error you're receiving. I know it's important to have your data secure in a backup, so I'm happy to help.
Since you've got a new iPhone, make sure that iTunes is up to date on your computer as well. This article has more information on that and other troubleshooting:
