Q: tvOS 10 airplay issues

First,

Let me preface with this post that I am a software engineer of 20 years. I know a bug when i see one.

Secondly, I have factory reset the apple tv (4th gen), which mind you is a real pain in the *** because you have no icloud back up of your configuration and is a nightmare to re-sign in to all my accounts with that stupid remote.  (design flaw IMO).  And I am definately not going to be trying to voice enter in my passwords.  (another design/security flaw IMO)

Noting: I am running the following devices which are all running the latest release candidates:
- 2015 13" MBP, 10.11.6

- 2014 15" MBP, 10.11.6

- iPhone 6s (64GB), iOS 10

- and an iPad 4th gen. iOS 10

ISSUE:

As an end user of all the above listed devices after the tvOS10 update (which happened without me knowing) I am unable to broadcast any video or audio from safari browser without it stuttering relentlessly.

As an extra measure to rule out wireless networking I have the apple TV connected to ethernet always... and I connected my MBP 13 to an ethernet dongle on the same router..  issue persists..

This is either an attempt from Apple to block me from using media I actually appreciate or really crappy netcode on the new tvOS.     Given I use the apple TV as a streaming device for audio mostly in several rooms and our offices.. This has made it practically a non-usable device to me.  Noting that my chromecast device works perfectly over the same network and wirelessly at about 200ft from the router.

Given there are a number of identical posts with no real resolve.. I feel this is another one of those Apple wont admit its an issue until there is a patch.

Apple,  you need to fire your QA team, these releases are causing people to really not like your Microsoft approach to release cycle.   RIP Steve Jobs.
