    windows os (not genuine)

Does this mean you are asking for help on using a pirate copy of Windows?

If you install Windows you have the advantage of being able to run Windows applications, and the disadvantage of having to deal with all the viruses and stuff to which Windows systems are prone.

Why not just buy the Mac version? It seems relatively inexpensive:  http://store.steampowered.com/app/730/

Counter strike mac version is of 100USD.  it is expensive for me.   I am asking whether 4gb ram is sufficient for playing game on mac.

The site I linked says $15. It also seems to have pretty low system requirements. If you are looking at a different version you need to tell us which one.

A pirated version of Windows may cause all kinds of problems including legal ones. 128GB storage is not enough to run both OSX and Windows unless you won't be installing any programs nor creating any data. If you install a legal copy of Windows the pros are that you can run Windows programs.
