Q: How do I contact Apple with an issue?

Early today I called Apple Support with the issue that my iPhone could not connect to iTunes. First, the woman asked me if I was on speaker phone and I said yes because I was looking at my computer screen for her to help me fix the issue; she replied with "It'd be nice if I wasn't on speaker phone. (already coming off rude) Then she told me to let her see my computer screen. She never gave me the support website to allow her to do that. After that she ran a scan to see if anything was wrong. She found a glitch in my computer and I asked how to fix it. She told me she could connect me to a certified technician who would fix it. (never mentioned anything about a cost) I told her that was fine then she said it would cost a SMALL fee. I said I'm sorry how much would it be; she told me, "It would be a small fee of $99.99." (no way is that a small fee) I proceed to tell her I'm a college student who doesn't have that type of money right now and she began to treat me like a child and said why don't you ask mom and dad and give us a call. Where I go to school, there's a tech team that fixes this stuff for free. I wanted Apple to fix the issue and that person didn't. I'm very upset with how I was treated and would like to contact someone to complain. So I'm wondering how should I contact them?

iPhone 5s, iOS 10
