Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
I understand from your post that after updating to iOS 10.0.1 that your iPhone 6s is having issues like the status bar disappearing from your home and lock screens and the back and front cameras coming up with white screens. I know how important it is for your iPhone 6s to be running smoothly for you after updating it. I recommend creating a backup file if you do not have one already and then updating your software to iOS 10.0.2. If you are still having issues after updating to iOS 10.0.2, then I would restore your iPhone using iTunes on your computer. The following links will provide you with the steps to backup, update, and restore your iPhone:How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Best Regards.
Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
