Q: False positive spam : TOTALLY UNTOLERABLE

Posted this one 10 days ago and no help yet?!!

So tired of good emails ending up in Junk Mail Folder !!!

No matter how many time I transfer them to good email boxes to try to teach Mail that are good emails, it seems Mail never learns. Even created special rules for some of them, to no avail

It gets critical if my wife sends me an email and I don't respond (almost a case of divorce, see what I mean

I'm desperately looking for a solution or even another app that would perform better than Mac Mail

    Are you marking the e-mails as not junk?

     

    If the e-mails aren't brown/tan, then your e-mail provider may have marked them as junk, which would explain why the not junk option isn't there. Try going to the e-mail provider's website to see if you can adjust the junk settings there.

    Sounds to me like they're being flagged as spam by your mail server. What did your email provider say about it when you contacted them?
