Q: Sierra Breaks Apple Calendar Subscriptions
The Sierra macOS (10.12) appears to have broken the SUBSCRIPTION function of the calendar across platforms. I cannot subscribe to my wife's Apple calendars nor can she subscribe to mine. Furthermore, I can no longer subscribe to an Apple calendar using Microsoft 365 Outlook Calendar nor can I subscribe to an Apple Calendar using online Google calendar. These are functions that I was using frequently last week under El Capitan OSX to update my students in my AP World History class on class events across multiple platforms. Even when you attempt to send a calendar invitation via text or email from one iPhone 7 (iOS 10.0.2) to another iPhone 7 (iOS 10.0.2) the phone is unable to subscribe to the calendar invitation. I have confirmed this issue with an Apple Support Specialist. Anyone else having these problems? Any solutions?
MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS Sierra (10.12)

I'm not having any issues with my calendar. I subscribe to a calendar and I also have Exchange calendar synced.
Testing in a new User will quickly tell you if the problem is system wide or if it's your User's folder that contains the problem.
You can use the Guest User or create a new User for testing. Make sure you have your passwords for Apple ID and Exchange.
CREATE A NEW USER
Go to System Preferences --> Create a New User in Users & Groups.
Switch to the New User by logging out/in or use Fast User Switching.
Sign in with your Apple ID. Only check Calendar for this test.
Only default Apple apps will be in the Dock in the new User. Go to Applications to open other apps you might want to test.
Do you still see the issue?
If no, then the problem is in your User's folder.
