Sep 27, 2016 6:18 PM in response to SalleyJCOby m2thaizzo,No. I ended up talking to Apple support today. They had me do a restore which completely messed up the phone and now they're having to look into replacement device. Is yours jet black too? I hope it's not all the 7 Plus's.
