Q: my ipod is not detected by itunes
hello, so, as it is said, my ipod is not detected by itunes, and it s not because the usb plug is not working or has problems since it becomes a hard drive on my computer.
I tryed everythings but nothing work :
I reseted my ipod, and itunes, uninstalled, ré installed, turn off and on again my computer and itunes, and my ipod as well, I tryed everyt single things written on internet. as well as I completely cleaned my ipod, but now I'm blocked since i can t get back my music.
and nothing worked, so I'm really frustrated and really need help please

Sounds like you did the usual troubleshooting, and you seem to have a data connection between computer and iPod touch. If you already tried uninstalling iTunes, you may not have completely removed iTunes and and related software components. This document describes how to do so
Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later - Apple Support
Be sure to remove all of the components of an iTunes installation, in the precise order described. Then, download and install the latest version of iTunes from here
