Sep 27, 2016 11:21 AM in response to Grant Thompsonby Eric Root,Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.

Sep 27, 2016 11:45 AM in response to Grant Thompsonby dominic23,There is a work around until this problem is solved.
1. Click “View” menu in the Safari menu bar and choose “Customize Toolbar”.
2. Control click the Top Sites button in the sheet that drops down and choose “Add Top Sites”.
Click “Done” button at the bottom corner.
3. Move the mouse over to the toolbar and command click the Top Sites button.
Top Sites tab will appear.

Sep 28, 2016 12:27 AM in response to dominic23by Grant Thompson,Thanks, but I know this. My problem is that I can only have Top Sites OR Favorites, regardless of where that button is. I would have to go into preferences every time I wanted to change views. I used to have this button:
in both views, which let me switch between them. This is the button I can no longer find.

Sep 28, 2016 9:46 AM in response to Grant Thompsonby hgongkido,I have the same problem. I use both Favorites and Top sites. By the way, recently I found that I can only add bookmark under a folder in Bookmark, like 'Favorites', 'Folder1', 'Folder2', etc. I used to add bookmark directly under bookmark folder. Do you have the same problem?
