Oct 1, 2016 4:33 PM in response to rlk557by KKelm,This happened to me too on both the my iPhone and my iPad, both after upgrading to iOS 10.
It's especially vexing because now I have ni way to use Safari for location dependent sites.
Time to download Chrome?

Oct 2, 2016 11:47 AM in response to KKelmby rlk557,I tried another browser and had the same results. I think location services is broken. Because of iOS 10, I refuse to update my iPad. Next time apple comes out with a new major iOS version, I'm going to wait at least a month before I install.

Oct 2, 2016 11:50 AM in response to rlk557by rlk557,I backed up my phone, reset and cleared the entire phone, then recovered it and that did not fix the issue. There is something fundamentally wrong with location services in iOS 10. Last time I jump on the upgrade band wagon. I've updated to 10.0.02 and it still doesn't work. Have tried another browser and that doesn't work either.

Oct 2, 2016 11:51 AM in response to rlk557by ChrisJ4203,I'm not having issues with iOS 10.0.2 and location services. Have you checked Apple maps, and/or Find My iPhone to see if those are working? If so, then the GPS and location services are working. Have you checked with this website to see if anyone else is reporting issues with their site and location services with iOS 10.
