Q: How to set up automation with Apple TV, Homekit, and Hue
I have what I think should be a viable home automation setup: a brand new (4th generation, Sept '16) Apple TV, a Hue hub with Homekit support, and seven lights attached via the hub. The lights appear in the iPad Home app, and can be turned on and off there. I can also do things with Siri on the Apple TV like "turn on family room", and have the appropriate lights come on. So it seems like everything is working.
BUT: when I go to the "Automation" tab in the iPad Home app, all I get is a page telling me that I should get an Apple TV to set up automated activities -- there's no way to actually DO anything. Am I missing something obvious? Do I do this somewhere else? Remember that I can control the lights from Home on the iPad, so they definitely know about each other... Thanks!
