Aug 9, 2016 4:44 PM in response to psikofunksterby dlb1957,This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! Apply MUST fix this problem. To think we're going to reconfigure out entire computer screen just to see the iTunes Store is ridiculous. Apply is about to lose me forever. I've just about had enough of their never-ending nonsense . . .

Aug 28, 2016 9:23 AM in response to psikofunksterby srothkin,Still no fix after 5 months? I'm on version 12.4.3.1 and this is still a problem. High/custom DPI is a MUST for me. Apple, FIX THIS NOW!

Sep 13, 2016 8:38 PM in response to psikofunksterby psikofunkster,Well today was our "last hope" to get this issue fixed (itunes 12.5.1 out) and nothing happened the issue is still there, as i said Apple doesn't give a #$#$ about Windows...sigh...
BTW i cleaned install windows 7 last week (after more than a year) and this bug is still there.
I'm not even in the mood to update my Apple devices to ios 10, things are working fine right now and i half trust Apple nowadays.

Sep 20, 2016 11:25 AM in response to psikofunksterby Schmetterlingen,I just started having the problem with 12.5.1.21. I don't buy from the store, but the For You and Browse sections are completely messed up. I like the Apple Music curating, especially for jazz and world music, but now I'm going to ditch the service, as I've never had any issues like this with Spotify or Google Play Music (and I'm really liking Play since they improved it, best for searching when you're not even sure how something is spelled).

Sep 20, 2016 12:21 PM in response to Schmetterlingenby dhs803,my itunes not only is blurry but, even far more annoying, the links are way off location-wise. For example, to start the "My Way" song by Calvin Harris under Hot Tracks, I had to click where the red circle is. All of the links are like this. Before the last update, my iTunes looked funny (but not blurry) and some of the album or playlist pics would not show, but the links were at least in the right location. Now, my iTunes is a disaster.
The absence of any Apple reply to this thread or a fix beyond "make your computer text insanely tiny" is honestly pathetic. Is there any rational fix to this?

Sep 20, 2016 6:16 PM in response to psikofunksterby Paul Woodford,I've just noticed this too since upgrading to iTunes 12.5.1.21. I've just reported it via the iTunes Feedback page.
I've also noticed that some people have recommended turning scaling back down to 100% to fix this problem on Windows. However, I use a 1440p display and that means that all my other DPI aware programs would look wrong at this scaling level (with text and UI elements too small). The correct solution would be for the iTunes Store page to be DPI aware. Hope Apple can put this right - sooner rather than later. I've also noticed that media searches carried out within the store in iTunes don't suffer from this bug.

Sep 20, 2016 7:14 PM in response to Paul Woodfordby psikofunkster,I think it is DPI aware because when the itunes store page starts loading, for 1 second, you can see everything is fine, then, after that, the bug appears.

Sep 21, 2016 4:57 AM in response to psikofunksterby eyespop1975,Apple needs to fix this issue soon. I'm going to another service if not. This is too annoying.

Sep 23, 2016 10:20 AM in response to psikofunksterby austinsutherland,Same thing happens for me, and it is only in the iTunes Store tab. I'm seriously thinking about switching back to Spotify due to all of this. Apple needs to get their stuff together when it come to cross-platform programming, especially for Windows.

Sep 23, 2016 11:49 AM in response to sebastianchicoby cjahn50,This is absolutely an inccorect statement. It is NOT Windows 7 exclusive. I have a Windows 10 laptop and it has a messed up UI with the display set to 125%. Set at 100%, it looks 'normal'. And FYI, unchecking the XP Style box in Windows 7 causes display issues with other apps. I don't it should be necessary for long time Windows users to hack their fonts or pull some 3rd party trick off the net in order to fix an Apple bug. And if this a designed in 'feature', that won;t be fixed, then Apple need to grow a pair and admit it. Oh, and telling people to go to Windows 10 becuase it 'works" for you is just plain stupid.

Sep 28, 2016 12:18 PM in response to dhs803by turingtest2,This is a user to user support forum. Apple may have some people that provide links to support articles for known issues, but they don't enter into a dialogue.
Try right-clicking the shortcut for iTunes, selecting Properties, and then the Compatibility tab. Tick Disable display scaling on high DPI settings.
I don't have this issue myself but in trying to test I still found that font sizes looked off.
