Q: Tried to update my iPhone with the new iOS 10 and when download was complete and the iPhone needs to restart with the apple and bar underneath it takes forever the locks up when it's 99% complete.

I Downloaded the new iOS 10, tried to finish installation. When the phone rebooted and the apple symbol and load line shows up it took a very long time. At the end about 99% finished it just stopped. Can't do anything, I home buttoned and side buttoned at the same time twice now with no success. I'm stuck with no working phone. What do I do?
